According to Rolling Stone, Neil Young has re-worked and re-released the song "Shut it Down" from last year's "Colorado" album that he released with Crazy Horse.

"Shut it Down 2020" is Young's response to COVID-19 and the moving video for it was created by Neil and his wife, Daryl Hannah. The video is a mixture of news coverage and the recording of the song with his players at the band's, Colorado's Studio in the Clouds.

If you haven't yet visited Neil Young Archives, put it on your to-do list. Neil posts vintage concerts and rare performances there.

Rolling Stone also reported that on Saturday, April 11th, Neil Young performed at Willie Nelson's "At Home with Farm Aid", from his own home for the digital event. Farm Aid began back in 1985 and helps to support farmers and ranchers, who especially need the help right now.

Here's my personal favorite from Neil Young recorded live at Farm Aid 1995.
