Frozen Farmers on Monument Square!

Wednesday on Monument Square, intown Portland, is Farmer's Market day. This morning our farmers are freezing! It's 27 degrees out there! I'm going to make a sympathy purchase when I get off the air. I have the feeling I will be googling root vegetable recipes this afternoon!
