If you're a fan of the incredible hit television show that is The Office, you know that the characters Kelly and Ryan, played by Boston's own Mindy Kaling and B.J. Novak, had quite the tumultuous relationship, all played in humor of course. The Office is one of the funniest television series ever made, airing from 2005 to 2013.

When they're spotted in Boston, it's usually together like this photo from last year at a Cambridge burger joint, Mr. Bartley's, and Fenway Park, so it's no surprise that they're spotted again together at the Red Sox vs. Marlins game.  Do you think they're dating again?

According to the Independent, B.J. told them that the on-screen boyfriend-girlfriend romance was literally based on their real life dating relationship from 2005 to 2007.

We were in love with each other, and we were reckless idiots, and the two of us would argue about all of these things forever, grinding the writers’ room to a halt until we got too upset and we’d go to our respective offices and slam the door where we would continue arguing over AOL and Instant Messenger.

Well, it's clear that no matter how or why it ended between them, they're seen together on movie sets, awards shows, and right here in the Boston area.

According to the Independent, they even poked fun at their real-life complicated, passionate, sometimes toxic relationship at the Emmys while on stage together presenting an award just last year.

I love them both, so I say give it another go!  They're always so cute and fun to see when they're spotted in Boston, often at a Red Sox game like this most recent sighting.  I mean, it's been more than 15 years, so why not try again?  I'm guessing they have their reasons, but a girl can hope.
