If you love the Golden Girls, you'll love this reimagined twist of a show!

Coming to Merrill Auditorium for two shows at 3pm and 8pm on Saturday, April 27, is The Golden Girls - The Laughs Continue.

All your favorites that you love and miss are here. Rose, Blanch, Sophia, and Dorothy! But there are a couple of twists that will keep you thoroughly entertained and on your toes!

What's the 'twist' of this Golden Girls tour?

Well, there are a couple of cool twists. First, all the roles are played by men, and it's set in modern times. According to the Golden Girls tour,

Miami’s sassiest seniors have returned for one more hurrah. 2023 finds Sophia out on bail, after being busted by the DEA for running a drug ring for retirees. Blanche and Rose have founded CreakN, a thriving sex app for seniors. And Dorothy is trying to hold it all together, with help from a new, (much) younger sex-crazed lover. Relive the heartfelt hilarity of four ladies who never stopped being your friends!

That brings us to an important part of this show! It's 18 plus. Not for the little ones. But little ones wouldn't get the nostalgia of this fantastic show or the adult humor. And as we all know a lot of adult humor centers around sex. Sex and old people = funny.

You can buy tickets starting Friday, January 26, for both shows at Merrill Auditorium (3pm and 8pm) on Saturday, April 27.
