Hot Wheels Glow-in-the-Dark Monster Truck Party Returns to Maine in October

For so many of us, part of our childhood includes playing with Hot Wheels miniature cars and trucks. The thrill of playing with those toys has become generational, with people of all ages having their favorite.

But what if your favorite car or truck could grow up, too? In some ways, that's exactly what's happening with Hot Wheels hitting the road for a massive nationwide monster truck party, including stops in Portland and Bangor during their return this October.

For their stops in Portland and Bangor, Hot Wheels will bring a twist to the classic monster truck show. The event will be a "glow party", meaning your favorite Hot Wheels monster trucks will make the inside of the arenas come alive with massive amounts of bright colors.

Some of the most popular Hot Wheels monster trucks will be on display in fierce competition. That includes Mega Wrex, Boneshaker, Tiger Shark, and the infamous Bigfoot. New in 2024 will be an appearance from HW-5 Alarm, the firetruck hero of the glow party

Beyond the thunder of the monster trucks, every Hot Wheels glow party includes a laser light show, high-flying motocross superstars, as well as Hot Wheels giveaways throughout the show.

For superfans of Hot Wheels and monster trucks, the 2024 tour will feature a Hot Wheels Power Smashers pre-show. Participants can visit the competition floor and get up close and personal with some of the performers as well as the massive stars of the show.

The Hot Wheels Monster Truck Glow Party will arrive in Portland at the Cross Insurance Arena October 4 through 6. The Hot Wheels Monster Truck Glow Party will head to Bangor and the Cross Insurance Center October 18 through 20.

Presale tickets will be available for purchase on Wednesday, March 6, with additional tickets made available to the general public on Friday, March 8.
