Marijuana Social Lounges Coming to Maine?

If the legalization of marijuana in Maine is upheld, new businesses will be popping up. Along with dispensaries, social clubs that allow pot smoking are likely to open. At The Purple Caterpillar on exchange St. in the Old Port, you can smoke hookah. Mark and I went and enjoyed some apple shisha and free Tang, it had a nice vibe and it's what I imagine a cannabis club in Portland might be like.
