While it continues to be total bummer that there continues to be a growing list of shows that won't be happening this summer due to the coronavirus pandemic, it is great to hear that this one isn't cancelled.

We're just going to have to wait until next year to help The Doobie Brothers celebrate their 50th anniversary.

There was a lot of extra excitement and anticipation for this show too because Michael McDonald was joining Patrick Simmons, Tom Johnston, and John McPhee (pictured above) for this tour.

The Doobie Brothers were scheduled to perform at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford on July 24, 2020.

According to announcement today on their Facebook page, the show is now postponed.

The new date will be August 14, 2021. If you already have tickets,  hold onto them for next summer.

About a month ago, The Doobies did an amazing lockdown version of Black Water. Watch it here.
