One of The World’s Most Valuable Books is in Portland
The Portland Public Library is hosting an exhibit now through April 2nd that features a book almost 400 years old and worth 7 million dollars. It's called Shakespeare's First Folio - and it's the very first complete collection of William Shakespeare's plays.
According to the Portland Public Library the First Folio:
...preserves 36 of Shakespeare’s plays. Without it, we would not have 18 of those plays, including Macbeth, Julius Caesar, Twelfth Night, The Tempest, and Antony and Cleopatra.
Don't miss your chance to see one of the most valuable books in the world. You can also partake in all the great events going on at PPL during the exhibit
