Please Take My Credit Card Before I Impulsively Rent This Lubec Seaside Dream

In search of a great rental to see the sunrise for the upcoming summer solstice, I ventured to the eastern most parts of Maine looking for the ultimate place to take in the first rays in the United States to start the longest day of the year. I knew I would come across some great places to fantasize about for a perfect getaway but, I did not imagine I would come across this incredible property.

This perfect getaway home is located in the little town of Lubec, one of the eastern most towns in the United States. The beautifully decorated home is great in itself but, add in the private beach, dramatic rocky cliffs and breathtaking ocean view, this rental is a disturbingly idyllic location that I never know I needed to see with my own eyes.

The property is listed on Airbnb by Sarah who seems to be managing one of the greatest locations listed on the whole rental website, judging by the heart palpitations I'm enduring with every picture I scroll past. This is an opinion but, I would stick my neck out and say this is fact. For real, truth. She's got a top 10 item here of the best properties to rent out on Airbnb. I'm feeling pretty good about saying that. Holding steady with it. Solid.

Anyway, it is being rented out for $1,500 per night. Compared to other listings in the area on Airbnb this is a steep price to pay. However, what you need to take into account is the amount of people this property can easily accommodate. Not only is their a main house, which is absolutely gorgeous inside and out, but there's also a guest house that can fit several people as well and is just as nice. We're talking 15 guests, 8 beds, and 5 1/2 baths. And, the whole place to yourself. So, if you get some couples together and split it or have a big family get together, you'll be set on a bringing the cost down or at least be comfortable with the price tag. You'll have plenty of room for privacy when want but you will definitely want to share this experience with family and friends so, it's a win-win.
