I'm a big fan of killing two birds with one stone. Not literally, of course, although, that would be quite impressive.

This Saturday you can have a ton of outdoor winter fun all while helping out a great organization, Make-A-Wish Maine.

Make-A-Wish, of course, is a non-profit organization that grants wishes for kids with critical illnesses. From building a treehouse to meeting a favorite celebrity, or even going to Disney. Make-A-Wish does it all.

This Saturday at Thompson's Point in Portland is 'Skate for Wishes'. $2 from every ticket sold between 12:30 and 2:30 pm will benefit Make-A-Wish Maine.

If you've never visited The Rink at Thompson's Point it's gorgeous and roomy! A great social distancing activity.

They do require masks to be worn at all times while skating.

To save time before attending fill out the release of liability form here and bring it with you.
