Well, it looks like there IS some activity at historic Fenway Park. The Dropkick Murphys are getting ready to do a live show on Friday, May 29th at 6 pm. This is gonna be fun. It's a full-on electric set from DKM. And special guest Bruce Springsteen will be joining the Murphys for a few songs. They say that Bruce will not be in Fenway and will be doing his part remotely but, c'mon don't you think the Boss would look great signing his part from on top of the Green Monster?

Streaming Outta Fenway will raise funds for Boston Resiliency Fund, Habitat For Humanity Greater Boston, and Feeding America.

There will be a couple of "firsts" for this Fenway show. It's the first time anyone has done a concert at Fenway....or any stadium now that we think about it....without a crowd being in the stands.

Even cooler, this is the first time any band has been allowed to play in the infield at Fenway. They Fenway grounds crew is very particular! Bands and audience members are usually in the outfield. I love seeing shows at Fenway, but it IS weird always having the infield empty. I love the setup!

Check out the awesome merch for this show!

This will be a fantastic way to start your weekend. Kudos and thanks to the Dropkick Murphys for keeping the live music going during the pandemic. They did a killer streaming show on St Patrick's Day and will certainly bring their best to Fenway on Friday!
