For almost 4 years now, the Maine Brew Bus has been spotted around Portland (and surrounding towns) driving tourists and locals alike to check out some of the great beer that the state of Maine has to offer. They also offer up a fun and engaging history lesson on how Maine became a beer destination and where Maine eventually may end up when it comes to its spot on the beer map.

In 2013, The Maine Brew Bus was named the #1 thing to do in Portland, Maine according to TripAdvisor. The company now boasts several buses and offer different trips, some of which branch out from Portland. Their message has been clear since day one, they offer a safe way to enjoy craft beer, wine and spirits all while educating their guests on how local companies got started and how they've found success.

Over the weekend, the Maine Brew Bus announced an expansion to Boston. The Boston Brew Bus will be launched for the spring and will be housed out of the Craft Beer Cellar, just as they are in Portland. This statement by the Maine Brew Bus suggests that fans of the Maine version can expect the same high quality tours in Boston.

There was another tidbit of exciting news in their statement. The Maine Brew Bus is planning on expanding their tour itineraries for Maine, meaning an opportunity to explore more of Maine's burgeoning craft beer industry!
