This weekend, we proudly present an electrifying performance from Eric Clapton at the  Royal Albert Hall in London, England on September 21,1983.

This performance was the night after the star studded ARMS Charity Concert to support research for multiple sclerosis.

This ARMS video of Layla features Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page, and Eric Clapton playing live on stage together for the first time. They were all Yardbirds' lead guitarists in the 1960s.

Eric Clapton has played Maine a total of 5 times. The first appearance here was at the Augusta Civic Center on May 25, 1979. It was the first show of a two night stand in Maine. Eric performed in Portland at the Cumberland County Civic Center on the following night, May 26,1979. What a Memorial day weekend that was!
