Today’s Blimp Time-Hop

His drumming is super technically proficient and his lyrics are super cerebral. That’s why we call him The Professor. Happy Birthday to Neil Peart! He turns 65 today, born on September 12, 1952.  Neil is the insanely talented drummer and lyricist for Rush!  Neil joined the band in 1974 and 10 years later, he came with Rush to Portland for the second time. It was 33 years ago this week in fact, that Neil, Geddy, and Alex rocked the Civic Center on the Grace Under Pressure tour, September 14, 1984.
