Tonight’s WBLM Mini-Concert
27 years ago today, the Dr. Feelgood World Tour made a stop in Portland, Maine. On December 14, 1989, it was a sold-out show at the Civic Center.
The most memorable moment for me was when Tommy Lee did a drum solo featuring songs like The Ocean and Rocky Mountain Way on a kit that spun as it floated above the crowd! Sick, dude!!
We’ve got another great reason to celebrate the “Saints of Los Angeles” today on the Blimp. Happy Birthday to the founding member, lyricist and bassist for Motley Crue! He was born Frank Carlton Serafino Feranna, Jr. on December 11, 1958 in San Jose, California. The man we all know and love as Nikki Sixx turned 58 this past Sunday.
Join us in the Big Red Love Van for the chaos of live Motley Crue on the WBLM Mini-Concert tonight at 6:20!
