Tonight’s WBLM Mini-Concert

27 years ago this week, Whitesnake rocked us in Portland at the Civic Center on their on Slip of the Tongue Tour.  Kix opened the show and Steve Vai (formerly of the David Lee Roth band) brought his incredible guitar pyrotechnics to the stage with our headliners! I remember hosting a WBLM live broadcast at Daddy’s Junky Music on Brighton Ave. that afternoon. Bassist Rudy Sarzo and guitarist Adrian Vandenberg stopped by to meet Blimpsters and say hello on the radio.

Tonight at 6:20, we’ll be riding in the Big Red Love Van back to February 6,1990 at the CCCC. Join us for live Whitesnake on the WBLM MIni-Concert!
