True or False? It Never Got Over 60 Degrees In Portland In April

Well, it felt colder than usual. And damper. And darker. Yeah, all in all, it was a pretty bad month weatherwise and otherwise. But did it ever get over 60 in Portland all month? It did in January and again in March. But according to our friends at the National Weather Service in Gray.....NO. It never got over 60 degrees all month. And that's the first time that's ever happened:
