Today is the anniversary of one of the greatest rock albums of all-time, Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon. Released on this date in 1973, the same year WBLM was born, Dark Side spent an amazing 741 weeks on the Billboard charts and is the one of the Top 3 highest-selling albums ever.

Over the years, one cool thing that has come out of Dark Side, has been the very interesting Dark Side of The Rainbow, a pairing of this Pink Floyd Classic and 1939's The Wizard of Oz. It truly is incredible how the two pieces of work match up.. Coincidence? Probably. Trippy and Weird? Definitely. And it is wicked fun to watch.
