This summer I am determined to make the most of our amazing Portland Farmer's Market by trying local produce that I've never had before. I visited the Green Spark Farm stand to check out their organic, local veggie delights.

I'm going to grill these adorable zucchini tonight and I'll follow up with you tomorrow! I also bought some beautiful edible flowers to add to a salad. Almost too pretty eat!
