WATCH: Hillbilly Weatherman’s Hooch for the Holidaze

The Hillbilly Weatherman, Adam Evans shares his special recipe for an adult beverage that’s perfect for New England holiday gatherings!   

With ingredients like apple cider, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon sticks and spiced rum, this cocktail is perfectly suited for the holiday ‘bendah’. The Hillbilly is in the kitchen whippin' up a concoction and explaining how "it ain't f-in brain surgery, ya know." And don't rush it! "You gotta let it simmah 'bout an hour, hour 'n a half."  He is an excellent example of the Northeast Everyman. If you don't know him, we're pretty confident that you know some hearty, salty bastid very similah to him.

I gotta believe we’ll be seein' more videos from Francistown, NH as we get closer to full-on winter. We love gettin’ his reports ‘straight and to the point’ with plenty of ‘colorful’ adverbs, adjectives and good ol’ Northern New England pronunciation. Now let’s hit the sauce!
