A Community Event in Minot, The Tri Town Family 5K on November 4th

Bruce M. Whittier Middle School in Minot will be hosting the Tri Town Family 5K and they want YOU to participate. Registration is free! Students have set personal goals while training for this event and working toward completing this 5K. Teachers have been acting as coaches and are all in!

Training for this 5K builds confidence in the kids, strengthens relationships with other students and with their teachers, gives them a sense of accomplishment and gets them in great physical condition while establishing a healthy fitness routine.

Last year 80% of student participants showed growth through their mile run or PACER test. Please come and participate or cheer the kids on, this is truly a community event and all are welcome for the celebration after.
