It's kinda crazy to think that soon we'll be able to chow down some fried dough and maybe a turkey leg while walking around the midway at one of Maine's great state fairs. Yup just barely past Memorial Day weekend, and here we go!

Most of us know that the fairs run right through the beginning of October ending with The Blue Ribbon Classic in Fryeburg. The thing that's really surprising is that fair season in Maine actually starts next week in Monmouth. And, how bout this? There are  over 20 fairs to choose from!
