A quick shoutout to all the workers and volunteers who help keep the lighthouses in as good a shape as possible. They are a part of Maine's living history, and it's crucial that they remain standing so future generations can learn about their significance and the heroes who manned them. It's hard to imagine what kind of shape many of these lighthouses would be in without the help of so many in the community.
