Sure, Sunday River is known for its 130+ trails, killer conditions, and the infamous Foggy Goggle, but they also know how to party.

Throughout the year, the ski resort hosts events filled with live music with local bands, beer and food vendors, fireworks, games, and trick shows by world-class athletes.

From Brew Fests, to Fall Festivals, and Wicked Air & Aprés Ski shows, Sunday River hosts some of the best events and parties in Western Maine. It doesn’t need to be the dead of winter to throw down at the mountain, they have events and parties all year round to keep the true-blue River fans returning to the mountain regardless of the season.

Coming up next weekend is one of their notorious seasonal events, Sunday River’s Spring Fest Weekend. Why celebrate the seasonal shift in one night when you can party all weekend long with your fellow shredders?

From April 1-3, the ski resort will be an ongoing free concert. With a handful of local bands, food stations, and beer vendors, the River will be kicking off the start of Spring the right way. We’ve braved the winter, skied through the storms, and are now ready to head into warmer days, ditching the hand warmers for goggle tans.

Each day of the event will boast different bands with free concerts and live music throughout the day with an ongoing BBQ, food stations, local brews, and games. And of course, bring the gear and hop on the chairlift to squeeze in the last few weeks of the ski season.

The sun is shining, the ground is thawing, but we’ll keep riding and holding it down at the Sunday River ski resort until the season comes to a close. Until then, happy shredding.
