Here’s When Kids (and Pets) Can Take Photos With Santa at the Maine Mall in South Portland
It's almost that time of the year again. Snow will begin flying, wish lists will come together, and Santa Claus himself will usher in the Christmas season at the very end of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade.
For generations, one of the traditions of the holiday in Maine is to have your photo taken with Santa Claus. Many children gleefully sit on Santa's lap, tell him what they want for Christmas, then pose for a photo that stands the test of time.
Santa Claus will return to the Maine Mall in South Portland right after Thanksgiving for an extended run that will give kids (and pets) a chance to snap that timeless photo with jolly ol' Saint Nick before the big day arrives.
