Maine Seafood Joint Gets Lobsters High Before They Die
Remember that story at the beginning of the year about Switzerland banning the boiling of live lobsters altogether? Well, now there's a report of another way to be more humane when preparing crustacean delicacies for the dinner plate and it is so very wicked Maine.
According to Fox News, Charlotte Gill the owner of Charlotte's Legendary Lobster Pound in Southwest Harbor is giving new meaning to 'baked' lobsters. She is trying out getting them high on the pot before they meet their demise in the cooking pot.
“The animal is already going to be killed,” said Gill. “It is far more humane to make it a kinder passage.”
The question is. Will the lobster meat then be infused with THC? Get the full story here.
