On the 'King of Rock & Roll's' 85th birthday, students at the Manchester School of Technology are working to keep his legacy alive by restoring a classic Cadillac Eldorado.

Did Elvis really ever 'leave the building?' The King may have passed away in 1977 at the age of 42, but he still casts a immense shadow all around the world. According to Forbes magazine, Elvis raked in $39 million dollars, to land near the top of their 'dead celebrities' list'.

Students at the Manchester School of Technology have an interesting project on their hands. Thy are restoring a car once owned by The King. According to WMUR News 9, Fred Bramate, a New Hampshire native purchased the 1975 Cadillac Eldorado through friends in the music industry. Elvis reportedly bought the car, and then gave it to a backup singer. The students are expected to spend close to 40 hours restoring the vehicle.

2020 promises to be a big year for Elvis. On the heels on biopics from Queen, Elton John, and others, Elvis is set for the treatment with a film directed by Baz Luhrmann, starring Tom Hanks.
