Our five year old is a blooming performer who is crafting her art on the hearth of our wood stove while singing into a walking stick that I bought at The Fryeburg Fair a few years ago. Here, she performs on a Saturday morning, in her pajamas, for an intimate audience. Our dogs are not as supportive as they could be.

The dogs do not enjoy our singing or dancing. They also freak out when we exercise. Pretty much any sound or movement that we create out of the norm results in a cacophonous rally against the unfamiliar.

Singing children and barking dogs are the sounds of our household. Our neighbors have chickens and a tractor. What are the trademark sounds at your house? Comment on our Fan Page or tweet #homesounds

The dishwasher is in the top 5 sounds.
