According to a post on the Farmington Police Department Facebook page, there is a missing 13-year-old from Franklin County. They are seeking assistance from all of us fellow Mainers in locating her.

She is described in the alert as a 5'4" blonde-haired, blue-eyed girl and weighing 135lbs.

Her name is Mckenzee Wheeler. She may be wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, jeans and a black baseball cap with a purple Dodge emblem. When she was last seen she was believed to be carrying a purple backpack and a skateboard.

This story is very troubling, as she has been missing for several days now.

Mckenzee hasn't been seen since May 13, 2021 and could be with friends in the Farmington area.

Let's do our part and share this urgent message with our neighbors in Southern, Central and Western Maine to help get her safely back home with her family as soon as possible.

If you observe her, know where she may be, or have any information about Mckenzee Wheeler, call the Franklin County Regional Communications Center in Farmington at 207-778-6140.
