Two Maine Police departments would appreciate our help spreading the word about a 15-year-old from Oakland, who had been living at New Beginnings in Lewiston. Her name is Lanie Nolan. She was last seen on Thursday March 18, 2021. She left New Beginnings that afternoon saying she was "going for a walk."  When she hadn't returned after some time had passed, officials at New Beginnings notified Lewiston Police Department.

According to a Facebook post from the Oakland Maine  Police Department,

"It appears she may have left the area willingly with an older male (age 23) with who she has been communicating with via social media. This male is said to be from Vacaville, California. There is a potential that Lanie may have been picked up by this aforementioned male who may be driving a BLUE 2001 Ford Mustang; bearing CA license plates 5LQL188."

The details of Lanie Nolan's appearance are that she is white female at 5' 4" tall and 180 lbs. with blonde hair, blue eyes and a fair complexion.

If you have seen her or the blue Ford Mustang she is suspected to be riding in, please contact the Lewiston Police Department at 207-784-6421 (dispatch) or Detective Joey Brown at 207-513-3001 (x 3322).
