Maybe like me, you missed seeing a Beatle live on stage when he was at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor or at the Bank of NH Pavilion three summers ago.  Let's not do that again.

A few weeks shy of his 80th birthday, Ringo Starr will bring his All Starr Band back to Blimpville. There are two just-announced concerts happening in Maine and New Hampshire next year.

First, Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band will play the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor on Tuesday, June 9, 2020

We'll all be singing along with his Beatles numbers like Octopus's Garden, Yellow Submarine, and With A Little Help from My Friends along with his solo greats such as Photograph and It Don't Come Easy.

His amazing lineup of legendary musicians features Colin Hay of Men At Work, Steve Lukather of Toto, Greg Rolie of Santana and Journey, Gregg Bissonette of the Eat 'Em and Smile era David Lee Roth band, and Hamish Stuart of The Average White Band.

So, it's likely we'll be delighted to hear some hits from Santana, Toto, Men At Work  and Journey added into the set as well.

These guys are phenomenal. Ringo sure knows how to put a group together. Horn player, Warren Ham does a killah solo during Africa in this video from Philadelphia this past August.

Ringo will stick around Blimpville for a couple more days and make a second area appearance in Gilford on June 11, 2020 at the Bank of NH Pavilion.
