Rock that Muffin Top!

This time of year we are what we eat- or what we've eaten. Work it off by rocking that muffin top! What was your food demon of choice during our long, cold winter? I was taken down by the discovery of frozen Freschetta pizza, and Hannaford's chicken wing bar. I didn't stand a chance after eating our way through Southeast Asia for three and a half weeks during the holidays. My carbed-out body is crying for a fresh salad from my Dad's garden. Is there anything yummier than a tomato picked from the vine? Well, maybe a grape that's been picked from the vine, crushed, fermented and chilled ..hmm, seems I may have finally found a purpose for our fancy juicer. I'll get back to you on that.
