Mainers are pretty awesome. There's certainly no lack of clever, original and inventive ideas around here. Rich McKinnon of Buxton has gone beast-mode with pool noodles. Sure, they're great for hanging your arms over and floatin' around as is.

But this dude just took it to the next level. Behold..."The Lounge Hammer". You can actually lay down on the noodle now with a segment from a foam roller as the head rest.

Rich has got all kinds of folks reaching out to him on Facebook saying they want one. And if any jerks get any notions about stealing his idea, looks like he's already got it trademarked with this logo.

Once the word gets out, these'll be all over Sebago this summer. Nice work Rich!
