In the past, St. Patrick's Day has been a turning point into spring. Not today! It's snowing as I write this and city workers are just now taking down the Christmas lights on Monument Square!

Preble St. will be collecting any cold weather gear donations that you have, at the Tree Lighting ceremony on Monument Square Friday. Please bring coats, boots, mittens and hats to donate as the brutal winter weather hits. They need clothing for adults as well as children and babies...
Hooray! This is one of my favorite times of the year! After a traffic-snarling trek to Monument Square, a beautiful 40 foot spruce tree will take residence right outside of the WBLM studio! This big boy comes to the city of Portland courtesy of the Little family.
