Recently retired Julian Edelman provided a bright side to the New England Patriots' tough Sunday afternoon, honored at halftime at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro.
New England fans can finally say a proper goodbye to an amazing Patriots player this Sunday at Gillette Stadium. Julian Edelman will be honored at halftime.
New England Patriot superstar Julian Edelman took to social media today to discuss the anti-semitic comments that Philadelphia Eagle DeSean Jackson made a few days ago. Edleman, who is Jewish, spoke about his own Jewish heritage, as well as horrible names he has been called while on the field wearing a Pats uniform. He spoke of the Black Lives Matter movement and how right now we all need to listen to learn and to act. Edelman goes on to say that we need to have those "uncomfortable" conversations right now and challenged Jackson to go to Washington DC with Edleman to visit the Holocaust Museum. Edelman in turn would then go with Jackson to the Museum of African American History and Culture. "Afterwards, we grab some burgers and have those uncomfortable conversations." We will see if Jackson takes Julian up on it.
After Julian Edelman tore his ACL in a pre season game and is now out for the season, Fitzy gives us a new video and he's speaking for every Patriots fan!
Yesterday was such a beautiful Sunday in New England. We love Sundays...especially when the weather is nice. You just want to be OUTSIDE doing ANYTHING. That goes for Patriots superstars Danny Amendola and Julian Edelman too. The boys got on their boards and hit the streets of Boston yesterday:
Would you have recognized these two? Does it ...
