Someone decided it would be a good idea to pull out their video camera (which was probably 10 lbs) to capture the entire town of North Conway back in 1999, and we're glad they did.
The December storm knocked out power for hundreds of thousands, caused floods and road closures, and even took lives, resulting in near record-high water levels for the Saco, Kennebec, and Androscoggin Rivers.
It's always been a popular spot during the summer months, but for those of you who don't know, you can enjoy a fun summer tubing trip down the Saco River in Mount Washington Valley, NH.
Apparently, Old Orchard Beach a couple years ago and more recently Long Lake in Naples weren't the only places around here that had a poop problem over the summer.
