Thriller Throwdown

Every Halloween season a horde of zombies from Avant Dance in Westbrook converge to "terrorize y'all's neighborhood" at Congress Square Park in Portland. The dance team recreates the undead choreography seen in the legendary video for Michael Jackson's "Thriller"

When we get out work on Thursday, dozens of zombies will be bustin' out some sick moves recreating Michael Jackson's historic 1983 "Thriller" video.

For the 5th year, zombies from Avant Dance and Event Center invaded the Portland peninsula. During rush hour yesterday, dozens of local dancers busted out wicked sick moves recreating Michael Jackson's historic 1983 video.

For the 4th year, dancers from Avant Dance and Event Center infected Monument Square with awesome choreography, absolutely gruesome make-up and costumes.
