Located in Intervale, it is just a few minutes away from some of the best ski areas in New England (Cranmore Mountain Resort is literally sixty seconds down the road), North Conway village, Settlers Green, and everything else that the Mount Washington Valley has to offer.  The chalet is just under 1,000 square feet and has a kitchen, living room (with a fireplace), bathroom (of course), and two bedrooms.  It sleeps 4, but you could probably bunk a few more on the floor in sleeping bags.

If it is anything like most VRBO and Airbnb rentals, the price probably changes depending on the time of year, but for the nights we looked at were $148 per night.  Way cheaper than what you would pay for a night in a hotel, especially if you needed to book more than one room because of the size of your group.
