Happy Birthday today to Paul Daniel Frehley! Born and raised in the Bronx, Paul is of course famous for being the original lead guitarist and founding member of the classic line-up of Kiss.
The Kiss Army calls him Ace and his Kiss character was the “Spaceman” from 1973 to 1982. He was back in Kiss for the ridiculously huge reunion tour in 1996 and remained a member until 2002 on their “Farewell” tour. Ace Frehley is 67 today.
We count 6 Maine shows with the classic Kiss line-up over the years...four at the Civic Center, one in Bangor and one in Augusta. Did you see any with Ace, Peter, Paul, and Gene?
