This was Motley Crue at the height of their powers, a bonafide balls to the wall night of 80s rock debauchery. The most memorable moment for us was when Tommy Lee did a drum solo featuring songs like The Ocean and Rocky Mountain Way on a kit that spun as it floated above the crowd.  So sick!

Check out what they played.

We’ve got another great reason to celebrate this week. Happy Birthday to the founding member, lyricist and bassist for Motley Crue! He was born Frank Carlton Serafino Feranna, Jr. on December 11, 1958 in San Jose, California. The man we all know and love as Nikki Sixx turned 59 this past Monday.
