Tom Brady, now a Tampa Bay Buccaneer (that will never sink in) took to social media this week to give you some tips on how to keep your immunity system strong in the face of the Coronavirus.

 

These tips may be new to you, but they are old hat to the man that lives the TB12 method.

And you got to give it to him, he's a phenomenal athlete for 42 years old!

Don't put too much pressure on yourself to do ALL of these tips. Do what you can, every little bit helps.

  3. Eat your veggies
  4. Consume Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and Zinc
  5. Eat fatty acids and lots of protein
