Tonight’s WBLM Mini-Concert

33 years ago today, Stevie Nicks played a sold-out show at the Civic Center! This was like a double bill as Joe Walsh opened the show. Stevie was on tour promoting her album, The Wild Heart and had just debuted new songs at the US Festival earlier that year in May. Tonight the Big Red Love Van goes back to September 8, 1983 celebrating a packed house in Portland with Stevie Nicks. Oh yeah, there was a huge concert announcement this week on BLM. Stevie is coming to Boston on November 15th and the Pretenders are opening! Stevie and Chrissie in one night! Two undisputed Queens of Rock at the Gahden, bub!
