Tonight’s WBLM Mini-Concert [VIDEO]

Tonight we celebrate another great show from way back at the Civic Center! 28 years ago, on March 7, 1988, You Talk Too Much was the new song spinning on the Blimp. George Thorogood  brought the boogie to Portland with the Destroyers on the Born to Be Bad tour that night. I’m pretty sure I remember having the honor of going onstage before the show to welcome the crowd and show off a big framed piece of autographed Thorogood memorabilia that we gave away the next day on the BLM Morning Show. The Blimp was there with him in ’88 and we’re still with him today…another great show at the Maine State Pier this summer as WBLM welcomes back George Thorogood on August 5th!
