Recently, the Norfolk Police Department in Norfolk Virginia decided to demonstrate to their community that they know how to have a good time just like everybody else.
Why not do that with a little lip-synching and maybe show off some funky dance moves?
That's exactly what some officers did and their video went viral. They then threw down the gauntlet for departments all over America to show us what they've got.
