Those are some solid suggestions, Andy! But I'm all about a recipe, so here's what I'm going to experiment with. A beet salad. Admittedly, I have never liked beets, but I had a change of heart about beet salad after having one at Back Bay Grill that sent me home a real fan. Can I recreate it?
