Does He Mean It This Time? Tom Brady Retired… Again
Well, it happened again, Tom Brady announced on social media this morning that he will be retiring from football.
I think we all saw this coming, but in the back of our minds, we wonder if he is actually serious about it this time around.
The now former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback, announced his retirement last year in February but ended up going back and playing for the Bucs.
Brady pulled at the heartstrings to kick off February. On the morning of Wednesday, February 1, Brady posted a video announcing his retirement along with some pictures of his family, friends, teammates, and others.
Brady's post was captioned:
"I love my family
I love my teammates
I love my friends
I love my coaches
I love football
I love you all
I am truly grateful on this day. Thank you 🙏🏻❤️"
It seems that we have officially seen Brady's last football season, as he says "I'll get to the point: I'm retiring for good. Thank you guys for allowing me to live my absolute dream. I wouldn't change a thing."
Of course, Brady's announcement came a little bit too late when it comes to his family. Due to the fact, that part of the main issue as to why model Giselle Bündchen and Brady divorced was allegedly due to the fact that Brady did not spend as much time with his family and chose to focus more on football.
Tom Brady will always be considered a GOAT, as he helped the Patriots win six Super Bowls.
I guess time will tell if we will end up seeing Brady back on the field. What do you think?
