How I Met Pee Wee Herman On The Cat Ferry [Pics]

This is my new friend, Pee Wee Herman. I met him while taking Bay Ferries The Cat home from Nova Scotia. Seems he likes traveling too.

I was playing a quiet game of Cards Against Humanity with my work friends when I saw a woman taking, well, here... let me show you...

This lady was holding a Pee Wee Herman doll and taking pictures over his shoulder. Everyone was staring, but nobody had the nerve to ask her what was happening. Except for me. It was kind of weird, and weird is sort of my thing.

Turns out she is a perfectly lovely lady from Concord, New Hampshire named Sarah and she treats this doll as a traveling gnome.

Her daughter gave her husband this Pee Wee doll for Christmas a while back as a gag gift. Now they are embarrassing their daughter by posting pictures with him all over the internet! Well played!

Pee Wee spent a lot of time on the phone with his manager trying to get gigs.

Sarah and Scott seem to enjoy traveling and I think it's even more enjoyable while traveling with a posable doll. I returned to my table and told the group how nice these folks were, that I was afraid they might be real weirdos,when I swear I heard Pee Wee say, "I know you are but what am I?"
