My Magical Nova Scotia Lobster Boil At Cape Forchu Lightstation
Our trip to Nova Scotia was amazing and the hospitality that we experienced made it so hard to leave. Our Canadian neighbors throw a killer lobster boil, it becomes even more magical when it happens at a lighthouse!
Here's the Cape Forchu Lightstation where we dug into buckets of lobsters, mussels, boiled potatoes and corn on the cob.

Tusket Falls Beer is the perfect frosty companion to a lobster boil.
I couldn't possibly eat another bite. I was uncomfortably full and covered in butter and lobster juices. I needed a shower and a nap. However, Keeper's Kitchen wasn't done with us yet. Out rolled the best strawberry shortcake that I've ever had. The biscuits were homemade and flaky, the strawberries were super sweet and the fresh whipped cream put the whole thing over the top. I ate the entire, enormous bowl. I'm not made of wood, people. It was worth it.
