Signs of Spring in Southern Maine And a Daylight Saving Time Reminder

Signs of spring are everywhere, birds are singing, days are longer and the Dairy Queen at Cash Corner in So.Po. is open. We had ice cream cones with sprinkles and Peanut Buster Parfaits for dinner last week!

Another sign that we are turning a corner is my friend M.J. rocking her flip flops.

The days are getting longer and next Sunday, March 11th at 2 am. we will spring forward an hour as daylight saving time begins. Yes, we will lose an hour of sleep and yes, it will hurt for a few days. But the payoff is awesome!
