In March, Pink Floyd Tribute Band-Brit Floyd announced on their Facebook page that they were putting their tour on hold to help stop the spread of coronavirus.

The post said that the dates listed through April 8, 2020 would be rescheduled.

Luckily for Maine fans of the band, they also postponed our April 16 concert rather than cancelling all together.

Today we get the fantastic news from Waterfront Concerts that Brit Floyd has made good on their promise to reschedule a trip back to Maine next year.

The new date is September 3, 2021 and will take place at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor as originally planned.

If you already have a ticket or tickets for the show that was scheduled to happen in April, just hold on to them as they will be honored on the new September 3, 2021 date.

If you need a refund, you can get that taken care of at the place where you purchased them.

Hopefully after 15 months go by between now and the time the band plans on returning to blow our minds again, it will be safe to rock in a crowd of of kindred Maine Floyd fans.

In the meantime, let's enjoy this absolutely splendid performance of Echoes by an incredible group of Floyd loving musicians.

Ladies and gentlemen, we will now float through space with Brit Floyd.
